About Me

Between 2005 and 2014 Bosco worked as a Personal Chef in his private business Aromaticuisine. From here Bosco decided to pursue his passion for social justice, driven by his local experience of food poverty. He was able to combine this passion with his love of food and cooking for others, galvanising all his interests by setting up his social enterprise You Can Cook in 2007 and its subsidiary You Can Grow in 2014. This award-winning endeavour focuses on multiple areas; training, consultancy, food & health, nutrition, young people, disadvantaged communities and local projects all over Scotland.

Despite these achievements (see Contacts Page) Bosco is still driven to try and make a difference at grassroots to policy level and has taken up a lecturing position and dissertation superviser at Edinburgh University since 2021.
